AVL: Installed equipment must be on the Palmetto AVL, without exception.
Customer Sign-Off: Completed by the customer via their home.palmetto.com account.
Review and confirm key details about your system through a simple checklist. This ensures that items such as installation completion, system functionality, and job conditions are completed satisfactorily.
Document will auto-approve after 3 days if not completed by customer.
All requirements must be satisfied to achieve funding. Requirements are uniform across our ecosystem, Palmetto does not grant exceptions by request.

Rejections can include: Code violations, or violations of manufacturer specification, egregious workmanship issues, high submission error rates, etc.
Installation Verification & Documentation
To support safety, code compliance, and warranty eligibility, installers are expected to document key elements of the installation at time of completion.
Required Photos (All Installations)
Equipment Data Plate: Clear photo showing model and serial number.
Wide Installation View: Photo of the installed unit and surrounding area, confirming proper clearances and no nearby combustible materials
Best Practices for Documentation
Venting (Gas & Tankless Systems): Vent connector, pipe pitch, and termination points visible.
Temperature & Pressure (T&P) Relief Valve: Valve and discharge piping visible and installed per code.
Drain Pan & Drain Line (where installed): Pan and drain line visible where applicable.
Stand for Water Heater: Photo showing the water heater location on a metal stand.
