  • Escalator Options: 0%, 0.99%, or 1.99% annual escalators.

  • Included for the Full Lease Term:

    • Installation: Professional install by local experts.

    • Full Parts Coverage: No out-of-pocket costs for components.

    • Service & Repair Labor: Backed by OEM and supporting 3rd party coverage.

    • Preventative Maintenance: Annual onsite or remote appointments (customer can opt-out).
